Farren did my home inspection when I bought my place, and he was awesome. So when the time came for a warranty inspection, of course, I reached out to him. Farren came to my house and actually convinced me to delay the inspection timing by a few months to give the house more time to settle and even waived all charges. Florin did my re-inspection, and he was just as thorough and friendly, going through every spot and patiently answering all my questions and concerns. Farren and his team are just awesome!

Just an update - we had Key Inspection Services come out and do the inspection on a home we made an offer on, and as we expected we received the same great service and attention to detail we had seen with the preinspection on our old place. Farren and Bob came out to do the inspection, and I walked around the outside of the house with Bob while Farren went over the roof, and then both looked around inside. Brian performed a home inspection for us. He was extremely thorough, knowledgable and helpful. He spent about three hours going over the exterior and interior, documenting everything with photos and the next day providing a comprehensive written report. In addition to the safety and major repair issues he pointed out, he discussed his findings in detail and let us ask questions. Key West was in business prior to the law where inspectors had to be licensed. As a real estate broker, it is extremely important for me to recommend a competent professional, as my reputation is at stake with a referral. I never worry about Key Inspection. In this market I feel so lucky to have the experience and advice of Farren and Florin to steer me away from houses with hidden disasters - they have saved me from purchasing 2 homes already. I also trust them when they say this house is solid, because I know they have gone over the homes with an amazing attention to detail. Farren and his team has been our go-to inspectors since 2006. (Wow, that's a decade!). We've had numerous houses, condos, and multiplexes inspected by Farren personally, and on the most recent, with Bob. Farren was awesome when he came to do my 1-year inspection on my new house. He was familiar with the builder and the quality. I hired him independently of the builder's office to do the walk through to catch anything that might have been an issue. He broke things down in methods that were super easy to understand, and gave me a good punch-down list of things to give over to the builder's office to fix (which I don't think they were too happy about). I would use him again without hesitation.
