BrianM is very informative and was happy to answer any questions related or not related to the inspection. I felt super comfortable with his inspection and reporting. In fact I'm writing this from the second home he has inspected for us. We will need his services again at our next home and would highly recommend to family and friends.

I've had Farren West of Key Inspection Services perform inspections twice now and would absolutely recommend him. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what he was looking for while conducting the inspection. If I need an inspection in the future, I will be calling Key again.

First time condo buyer here. Brian did a fantastic job looking over my soon-to-be home. He pointed out the problems he found that needed immediate repair, as well as issues to watch out for in the future. He didn't mind that I followed him around with a pen and paper, and was happy to talk to me about his findings and answer any questions I had. The report was delivered the next day, and it was very thorough. No complaints :)

Farren came on very short notice to inspect two properties we were in the running for (we got the second one). Great attention to detail, easy for us to understand, and terrific folks to work with. We'll be able to use the inspection report as a to-do list for maintaining the house in years to come. We're almost sorry the second house worked out, because we would have loved to work with him more! In this market, it's great to have trustworthy and conscientious people on your team, and these guys fit the bill.

Farren did a very detailed and thorough inspection of the new home I purchased. His eagle eyes spotted many things that I didn't notice. Hands down worth it -- the issues he spots makes it hiring Key Inspectors more than pays for itself.

I'm so glad I had Farren West as our home inspector. He was flexible with us and very helpful! He went out of his way to fit us in his schedule and took the time to explain the things we didn't understand about the results. I highly recommend him and still can't believe that he didn't even hesitate to climb about in our crawlspace (my husband wouldn't even go down there).

Farren West is a great inspector. He made time for my clients and helped them understand the inspection process. He is very knowledgeable at what he does. I have been using Farren for the past few years and he always does a great job. I'll definitely be calling Key Inspections for my next inspection. I enjoy working with Farren!! He is a really great guy.

Easy online scheduling and clear pay structure on the easy to navigate website. Professional, experienced, timely, thorough are the things I needed for my home inspection. They were there 30 minutes early and had already inspected most of the outside so that was nice. They gave me a great recap of everything in person and then a complete written report later on that night complete with photos. The Sellers agreed to fix a few of the items and I had Key come back to re-inspect. They did note a few mistakes in the fix an... read more

Brian from Key Inspection has been not only great for me to work with as a Real Estate broker, but more importantly for my clients. Brian is patient, thoughtful and detail oriented. He does a great job of explaining the home inspection process with clients and connecting with them during what can be a very stressful and confusing process, especially for first time home buyers. .On one of my recent condo sales Brian had informed me that he had inspected the same unit just 2 weeks prior, the buyer of that previous sale got col... read more
