Drinks are pretty good. The bar inside is nearby a cute bookstore where you can browse in case there is a wait.
The drinks were great. Food was decent. However, the book store is full of leftist propaganda that will kill your brain cells. No diversity of ideas. L bookstore.
It's so cute in here! They have a great selection of books and their restaurant is awesome! Only thing I wish was better is the service at the restaurant. I've been forgotten about several times by my server the past couple of times I've eaten here. But the food is so so good and you can read the book you bought from the store - makes for a wonderful afternoon :)
This is probably one of my favorite places in DC. It is great for brunch and all day breakfast! Also, BEST chicken and waffles in the city (I promise!) All the food and coffee is amazing. My favorite is the chicken and waffles as mentioned above, yet the eggs Benedict and the cheese steak sandwich are also ridiculously good. You are passive-aggressively encouraged to hurry up and buy something and leave. Of course it's a small space so I understand that they don't really have room for chairs or stools. Again, this is not so much a failure of the bookshop itself as it is a feature of the surrounding dweeby system sto... read more
A Dupont Circle institution. Excellent food and one of the only independent bookstores in DC. Service couldn't have been better!
A great place for brunch and an appropriate selection of books. My wife hates the bookstores I drag her into, and she loved Kramers.
Went there last night, great foo, drink and excellent experience thanks Donisha who was so pleasant which enhanced the time there.
We came here two years ago for breakfast and again today for dinner -- great food and staff. Try the French soda! We like the place a whole lot!! First floor bathroom could have been more pleasant but hey, it's downstairs. Maybe sit a person in front of it to collect small coin like they do n Germany so that people treat it better.
Kramers has a 4.6 star rating with 4,394 reviews.
Kramers is open now. It will close at 10:00 p.m.
