not a place I’d highly recommend to others. it needs a lot of work. card keys rarely worked, no channels on tv. locks on window did not work. no elevator from the lobby. really difficult to just add one night to the stay and had to pay twice as much for that one night. location was ok

Total disaster and traumatic. A lot of things we don't like. First is hygiene and unfriendly staffs , disrespectful and not courteous. 1. The water closet flush didn't work. Reported it the moment we arrived but never fixed it permanently. They even said if we can't wait then use the common bathroom downstairs otherwise wait until 9:30am. it was a nightmare - Broken Matratze - Phone in the Room not working - No Vacuum, dirty carpet - Filthy place - No tissue in restroom - No Shower - Mud over all the shower and in the restroom - Missing blankets - No service 100% we don't like it!!!

Just not worth it for the money Mattress was very worn out, entire building smelt like cigarette smoke. Key card did not work on first try, had to return to desk at checkin. Most la Quintas out west are very new, very nice, very clean, and very affordable This one left me disappointed.
