We have stayed here twice before and it was a good motel for the price. This time was different though. The rooms are really in need of an upgrade. One chair in the room was worn down to the stuffing and the room smelled musty. We were there for 2 days and we never had any maid service. Needless to say we will never stay here again. Do your self a favor and book a room at the Muckleshoot Indian Hotel. The price is really close to what La Quinta charges.

Changed room 3 times. First room had ants al over the night stand. Second had amusty smell and the sheets weren't changed. Third wa Ok. Very sketchy area.
The room was pretty beat up. The control on the wall for the heater didnt work. All the controls on the unit were so worn you couldn't tell what they were for. The tv kept blacking out on us. The faucet in the bathroom had toothpaste on it, the floor was dirty. I slipped in the tub. No mats or strips in it. I could hear the elevator going up and down the shaft all night. We have rooms available for guests who might need additional stability in the shower, and hope you will return to enjoy a better experience at our location in Auburn.
No parking available, veterans parking was occupied by Canadian young people. Eggs were ice cold, sausage's some were burnt and also cold. Nobody refilled the eggs or sausages during the over half hour we were in the dining room. We had to ask for regular coffee to be refilled. We have stayed at La Quinta before in Burlington and there was no comparison. Burlington Wa. was excellent.
I was coming to attend the pink concert and stay at your hotel. She canceled the concert at about 24 hr in advance of the concert. I spoke to someone that night and the next day @hotel and Expedia asking if I could cancel or get a credit for the new undetermined concert date and was informed it was not possible. Apparently I did not “check the box” that allowed for a refund ( I never intended not to come, certainly didn’t expect Pink to cancel.) Property wasn’t the greatest located. The rooms had no ac working regularly. Very hot and muggy

We checked into room 310 on Sunday, September 17, 2023. At approximately 12:00 AM we discovered bedbugs in the bed (on the pillow, under the sheet and on the headboard). We took a live bug to the front desk who offered us another room. Of course we vacated the premises as soon as we could. It was an awful experience and ended up having to bag all our stuff to be examined and cleaned to ensure we didn't bring any bugs into our home.
