Nicht zu empfehlen Das Hotel hat keinen Airport-Shuttle!!! Es scheint das einzigste Airport Hotel in Austin zu sein, denn alle anderen umliegenden Hotels haben das. Wenn man die Taxikosten hin und zurück dazu rechnet (jeweils US$ 30 nach Verhandeln) hätte man gleich ein Hilton nehmen können. Das Hotel selbst ist abgewohnt, aber die Betten waren ok. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Denny's und Seven11 fußläufig zu erreichen.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever - cleaning: even though i placed a cleaning sign on during the stay i was there, the cleaner never did once step into my room - attitude of the front desk: varies, and never consistent Nothing much about it

Disappointing Room cleanliness, more pillows, and breakfast time extention for longer time frame instead of only being available until 9 a.m. Nothing was above bor beyond expectations.

Even though it was conveniently close to the airport, I probably would never stay there again. It was run down and very dirty in the public areas. The room wasn’t too bad, but the elevator and hallways were filthy, dark and dingy. It desperately needed a paint job and some TLC. The staff was friendly and helpful
Demasiado costoso para lo que se espera en servicios No tienen desayuno, ofrecen desayuno y es un barra de cafe con muffins y baje a las 7:30am a tomar según el desayuno y ni cafe habia, la habitación que me dieron fue al lado del ascensor y este ya esta muy deteriorado para el hotel y suena muy fuerte cada vez que para y es un sonido frecuente incluso a media noche. Over all was very disappointed. The room. Not enough pillows on the beds, smaller beds than expected. The staff at the check out was great.
