The hotel charged me after I prepaid through Expedia and has yet to refund it, a week later.

Elevator out of service Arrived and was told the elevator is down. Needed to carry my bags up to the 4th floor. Not what I wanted to do after an 8hour flight Could have stayed in a walk up

Property Location was ok..but when you're at the airport and need a shuttle, service is horrible! Be ready to wait hours for someone to even show up! No one answers the phone and then they get rude and give you the runaround! Never again will I stay here for that reason! I could have driven home faster than the shuttle took to pick me up...and I'm hour and a half away!
We chose this location because it was close to the job we had in the area. We won’t be back. The room itself was okay, except for the obvious water stain on the ceiling from a leak. Thankfully it wasn’t raining, or I’m sure that would have been a different story. You had to close the door pretty hard for it to shut behind you in the room, otherwise it would stay propped open. Unfortunately, we are not immune to the ills of society and do advise our guests to remove any valuables from their vehicles. Not because of any persistent issue but as a precautionary measure. Horrible first hour at this hotel No one was at the front for almost 30 minutes to check in and then on my way to my room I got trapped in the elevator, with no one answering the emergency phone or when I called the front desk and when I finally got to my room the AC was blowing hot air.

What we found was that our desk staff stepped away to assist an older gentleman with his luggage and was away from the desk a total of 4 minutes. Nope, never again! Close to airport. Front desk lady was great. The hotel was dirty, room had strange bathroom doors that didn't close, faucet was not attached to the counter top, shower was gross and leaked alot. I would not stay here again.
Smells like wet 🐕 Our room smelt like a wet dog. Our floor was soaking wet. Went down to the lobby to get a blank was greated with a blank stare and then told if they could find one they would bring it. The nice lady who checked us in delivered a blanket later. When she arrived i told her about the smell and wet floors she changed our rooms. She promptly changed our room, that one smelt like moldy also. Check out was easy. Beds were comfy.
