Pleasant The heating is terrible. Winter temperatures and an A/C unit just cannot handle that. When will hotels and motels ever learn? Room was extremely cold when we arrived then you crank up the useless A/C which doesn't help much except stings you in the eyes with a massive air circulation worse than the hours long flights you just been subjected to before.... Lobby and corridors are not heated at all (= breakfast room is freezing) so the staff at reception have to use an electrical heat radiator to keep themselves warm..... read more

Okay Free breakfast was cold and very limited. Food buffet was not replenished once it was gone. Unless you dug through the pile of sausage or eggs to get to bottom, it was cold.

Pleasant ANIMALS SHOULD NOT BE IN DINNING HALL OR AROUND FOOD AREA. A MAN HAD A DOG,,, PLAYED WITH THE DOG THEN WENT TO THE BREAKFAST TABLE AND SERVED HIM AND DOG SOME FOOD...

It was ok. the hallways smelled like smoke, were dirty and the elevators were dirty and grimy as well as HOT. Almost made you not want to press the buttons the bed
