Bad The smell the walls the elevator looked like it belonged in a horror film. There was mold around the tub there was a ring of dirt around the tub the vents had spider webs there were roaches there were stains on all the walls the beds looked lumpy and the pillows were non existent. This place looked ok on the site but In person this is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. We were so upset we forgot to take pictures only captured the roach on the way out. Nothing it was horrible.

No hallway air conditioning. The WiFi was down until the following day. There was no air conditioning in the hallways and it was very hot. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work and by the time we realized it was not going cool off the kids were already asleep. There were two towels in the bathroom when the room slept four people. Very close to Starbucks and the airport.

I do not want to stay there again. This stay was very disappointing, we stayed 3 nights and the trash was never taken out, we never got our towels replaced, my niece asked a maid for towels, she didn't respond, so my niece got the towels herself. At the lobby the coffee was put away by 9am, it could have been out for the guest at least til 11am, the items for breakfast were so tiny, before there use to be fruit, bagels, waffels, boiled eggs, etc. The girl at the counter on sat. 31 July was rude I think her name was Loan? not... read more

Fair The pool was closed during the hrs we were at the hotel (very limited hours to use) The gym was closed for repair

Pleasant Everything was closed including pool. To pay full price and get zero amenities was a let down

Disappointing This was a last minute trip and we only stayed for a night, but I will not stay here again. The bed was not comfortable (it felt stiff) the room itself was a good size. The bathroom was NOT okay. You had to force the doors to close in the bathroom. The tub looked dirty just looking at it, it was just bad. OH be aware this is right off the highway near a traffic light. It is constantly busy at night. The only plus to the hotel was the front desk guy. He was very nice and helped us with whatever we needed.

Disappointing Sharing the room with big roaches

At La Quinta, we work very hard to make sure all our guests have a comfortable stay. We take a proactive approach by internally inspecting each room and having external pest control companies provide treatments.
