Okay just upset about the dirty comforter. When I got in bed my comforter was dirty and had dried blood on it. Called and spoke to Lisa and she was sending someone up that never came, so I had to go get the clean comforter myself, no one ever came to pick up the dirty one from my room.

Unhappy I told front desk our room had cold water in shower. She told me that's impossible and the whole hotel would not have hot water. Then called back about 15 minutes later. To say a boiler was off and hot water be ready i 15 minutes. No , I'm sorry . I told her so it was possible for us not to have hot water. All she said was yes. Would never stay at la quinta inn again. Close to airport

Very Poor Terrible customer service
Disappointing Myself my girlfriend and my Son were trapped in the elevator for 45minutes. We called the front desk, everything except 911. They took forever and whomever was outside was on the phone with someone else getting instructions on what to do. I ask for the manager to call me but they never did. THEN they promised that I would get a refund but charged me full price anyway. HORRIBLE!!!!!! GETTING OUT OF THE BROKEN DOWN ELEVATOR
