The elevator was not working and the toilet wasn’t working correctly either.

Very hot in the room despite having on constant a/c. Very loud with a ton of traffic and can hear inside room. The floors were nasty feeling, my towel hanging up had hair on it. Just seemed dingy and with paying $104 I was expecting a way better experience.

I dont know where to star. First Mark the person in front desk took like 30 min to find my reservation. Because it was made from Expedia he told me to call some there because he could not find it. Incredible. Then he look again and now he got it. GODDDD . It doesnt finished there when my family opened the door crazy to go to bed , it was all dirty the sheets and towels in the floor, and very smelly. Gross!!!! First time traveling with that experience.

We arrived late from the airport and chose this hotel to sleep a few hours, but we could hear all the cars passing by. The hotel is very old and smells musty. I wouldn't recommend it to families.
Night staff was horrible, airport shuttle was amazing and convenient. Hotel is run down.
