The elevator was super old and sounded like it was about to break. The hotel had 2 separate “wings” we took the wrong elevator to get to our room. There were no clear signs directing us to the correct elevator for our room.

Computer was down so couldn't check in. Their IT service would not respond at all to calls. Sat in the lobby like a bunch of sheep and eventually had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. Cost me a last minute high rate somewhere else plus an additional Uber ride and a lost night's sleep. No explanation, no return calls.

DISAPPOINTED We had reserved 2 rooms. First room had no Air conditioning. They told us there were no other rooms available. That they were totally booked. The elevator to our tower was broken. We were on the 5th floor. One of our party was physically challenged. They refused to offer a different room for him. After they inspected the non-working a/c room. They amazingly found us a different room. This room had working A/c but the condensation drain for the air conditioning unit was leaking on the carpet soaking the floor on ... read more
