Good Towels were dirty and a floor especially at restroom wasn't cleaned up
Comfortable room, difficult stay because of elevator! The elevator was not working on the morning of our check out. We were in a fifth floor room and we are both in our 70's, so getting down five flights for breakfast and then again to check-out were not fun. No help was offered by the front desk in these circumstances. You should replace the elevator or stop taking reservations! Wi-Fi was also non-functioning on check-in, but worked several hours later. Fair The beds spring where hurting my back so bad that I never went to sleep and the most disturbing part was when my kids and family where at the pool there where a group of people that where clearly drunk then they started physically fighting it lasted for a while and felt that my children could have been in danger so went back to the room. Dislike this hotel first time stay there It could Been better bec the way the set up and more cleaning the pool everyday not just let people swimming in the pool like that Bed too small and a/c on the 5th floor was too hot in the room not cold enough and swimming pool nasty and have bug all over inside pool and my wife and kids not happy with that so we gave up go back in the room and front desk say that she would call me let me know the swimming pool is clean so never did
Okay The pillows and sheets smelled dirty. There were people talking loudly by the pool area until 1:30 am. The refrigerator made loud popping noises all night.
Fair The pillows were hard as rocks as well as the mattress We left too early to have breakfast
Disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least! The smell was very, very, very bad! Wet dog smell all night long.Difficult for my son to breath.It was fine as long as the Oder neutralizer was wet, but when it dried the smell just came back up. I did tell management the next morning and she replied sorry. The staff was friendly and accommodating! Housekeeping came up 3 times to spay a oder neutralizer without hesitation.
