The property and staff were wonderful. The bed had bedbugs The bed was full of bedbugs- I woke up covered with bites. I then checked the bed and found the bedbugs. I requested a room change for the second night-which I got- but the keys didn’t work in either the outside or inside locks. The staff helped with this- but even then the keys only worked about 50% of the time The staff was very nice and friendly. The property was newly renovated and very well done.
Never ever stay in that hotel ... This hotel ruins the reputation of La Quinta brand. Almost everything was horrible ... cleanness was horrible (I found a piece of hair at the very first time I saw the bed), breakfast was horrible (we found a piece of hair in the eggs), Staff were very rude, they never apologize for the hair in the eggs, they didn't know which room does have bath tubs and which one does have walking shower, I changed my room three times, and finally I was not able to get a room with walking shower. Decent Bed was sloped on one side. Mattress bad. Room was not made up the last day. Had to ask for towels. Staff that night was not very nice and accused us of putting a do not disturb sign on the door. No apologies. Yes. Very convenient to CotA
Disappointing
Nice room in facilities but front desk attitude However, during our check out experience we realized on our receipt that we were overcharged for two days of taxes although we only stayed for one night. We brought this to her attention. The lady who checked us out didn’t even apologize and gave us an attitude and was rude.
