This is worst hotel I have ever lodged in. The floors were dirty, moldy bathroom, ceiling. Very unhealthy environment!! I started coughing and feeling sick just being in the room for a few minutes because of mold like smell in the air. It is sad that in 2024 a hotel is exposing people to such. This is the last time I will stay here!

Outside the property I seen about 20 roaches scattering around the sidewalk on my walk to Waffle House making me assume that they were in the hotel. The hotel room carpets had stains and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. I also seen a roach in the pool, the pool also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks so that’s nasty. All in all staff was nice that’s the only positive I can say.

Great clean room and location is about 3.5 miles from the airport. Receptionist on duty needs to work on customer service. He did not greet me and immediately asked for my ID and credit card. I asked if there was any water to drink and he mumbled something under his breath. I was exhausted after a long day of travel and couldn’t get to my room fast enough.

Woke up this morning to find my front driver side window broken out and inside of truck ran sacked. Also I saw two other pickups that also were broken into. I asked sombody for a trash can and broom to cleanup up vehicle. They just handed to me but didn’t offer to help. I told them there was two other vehicles that were broken into and seems like they didn’t care cause they didn’t even go look or call anybody.

Computer crashed. Could not check in. Expedia refused to refund me even though I did not stay there first night of my stay even though hotel could not check in guests. Expedia then charged me a change fee too

Ac wasn’t working, toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower kept dripping when turned off. The elevator was out of order. Everyone stood around for breakfast to be ready and they only had 1 Waffle maker for everyone to use. The rooms could have been cleaner. The pool was nice.
