Elevator did not work. Found dirty underwear from someone else. Issues with our AC! Terrible
Was never able to check in due to computer system at hotel was not working.

Very bad a/c quality in the rooms, definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
My stay was complicated we booked a double bed room for 5 people and they did not accommodate the room as it should be for 5 adults. I wish that they were truthful in there recommendations, we were not able to get a rolling bed nor did they have maybe a room with a pull out couch as some hotel rooms would have. The staff were never around. The pool was dirty and our bathroom was molding in the shower. I get that insects like roaches are all over Texas OUTSIDE but inside. Doors ,walls looks like some one tried breaking in. Bed was wallowed out, hotel had an odor. More of a construction worker extended stay than for a family.
The room was very outdated. Rust on the door hinges and on the air conditioner. Bathroom had mold on ceiling and in the bathtub. The door that goes into the hallway did not lock properly. The door latch was very loose and the screws on the door knob feel off when I closed the door. In order for me to feel secure I had to prop a chair in front of the door.
