Will not consider La Quinta for hotels in the future. Pest control service. roaches in bathroom. No dryer in bathroom. AC was not working properly. Blowing warm air at 65. No hand soap in bathroom. No door worked or were able to unlock with card key. Only working door was lobby entrance. Ground were not kept or maintained. Trash piled in front of entrance & side doors. Worst It was our worst experice. We traveled serval times during the covid-19. This is the only place serve no coffee and no room cleaning. The staff is not very friendly. It is pet friendly and no extra charge. It is the only reason we stay there. And we won't choose here again.
Bad When the water went off we asked for another room because we could not flush the toilet. The staff were so rude about it. We were understanding about the situation, however we did not deserve to be treated so rudely The beds were comfortable. The location is wonderful

A few of our staff members were able to make it in during the storm and performed miraculously in extreme conditions. Our guests were very understanding about the situation and complimented our team on their efforts. Staff takes notes when we do have a negative situation and we do not allow anyone to use profanity towards our them. That isn't "rude". Would have to think long and hard to use again for business No breakfast not even a bag with a breakfast bar or a roll and a piece of fruit only coffee in room Location and it was clean

Would not recommend There is a homeless encampment down the street and drug addicts roam the streets at night. I was victimized of personal property on my first night 11/11/2020, I informed the morning supervisor and she could care less about anything, absolutely stone face coldness. No cameras and no security. The manager Jason did a great job documenting the crime, but I still felt unsafe. Would not recommend. The rooms were a nice size and the evening staff was nice and caring

We have numerous reminder signs posted requesting that our guests "Please remove your valuables and lock your car" as "La Quinta is not responsible for loss of vehicle or property". We do this to proactively prevent crime, so that no guest experiences what you did which we certainly don't want either. By not leaving anything visible in your vehicle, including attached to the outside, we can greatly reduce the risk whenever you leave your vehicle unattended in any parking lot, driveway, etc.

I was expecting a little bit more since close to airport . The shower was a complete disaster water kept spilling around the entire bathroom every time we would shower . It’s unacceptable to shower with the amount of shower in the floor and then clean it up . The room kept having a smell of pee quite irritating . The beds were very comfortable .
