Needs Improvement What I didn’t like about the property was the large amount of nats inside of the room and bathroom. You constantly have to leave the trash can outside of the room, hoping they will disappear. Not only that, there is huge gap underneath the main door which allows who knows what to come through. I put a towel underneath to block it and was accused of smoking by the assistant manager because he saw the towel. (If he could see the towel, that lets you know how big the gap is). Disappointing Stay Gnats in room, no breakfast (which was advertised), loud music 24 hours in lobby, room keys not programmed properly (stayed several nights and each morning they stopped working at checkout), unfriendly unaccommodating staff. Maybe they were not at their best this weekend, but it made this stay my last for any LaQuinta. Location near airport. Other area hotels helped me more than this LaQuinta I was paying for.

Necesitan desinfectar los cuartos antes de rentarse! Huele Como a pies o cabello sucio. Evitamos usar la unidad a de el aire acondicionado para que no oliera demasiado.

Fair No breakfast,. Pool is closed. Its smell like pee . There was a used soap in the room when we first came in. It was late. I didn't have the energy to say anything. I wont stay here ever again Checkout until 12. Lady at counter in the afternoon on Thursday was much more pleasant.

Bad The location is the only good thing it's minutes away from the Airport & Denny's is next door you can walk there. Stayed at this location September 2020 at the La Quinta by Wyndham Austin Airport. This location was not a clean hotel. The king size mattress cover on the bed had hair & two big yellow stains on mattress. The assistant manager Jason & Jasmine the front desk Clerk stated that the dryer they company use for the hotel was making stains on all there linen, towels, bed linen etc. That was NO excuse because how wo... read more

Bad No shuttle available,no breakfast the toilet didn't flush correctly .Hair on the shower..I'm disappointed! Only the space for the room .. That's it!

Extremely disappointing. everything! we stayed 4 nights, the room was never cleaned, nor the towels exchanged, they did not provided breakfast nor shuttle service, as they advertise its included with the room price. Staff never greeted you, nor where attentive or helpful. I would never go stay there again. Room reeked of cigarets and was very noisy.

Noisy!!! Still no breakfast and the pool is closed. Very noisy location. Hotel is on a busy street and lots of car noise all nite. Found a condom wrapper in the bed the next morning!! Nothing
