Unkept, old paint in the walls, bad smell
This is a beautiful property. I had issues with boisterous guests. Lots of loud music and yelling. I would suggest this hotel for party goers. This is not suitable for rest.
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, hands down! Here are the good points about the hotel: -The guests were really nice and we all agreed how horrible the hotel was. The bathroom looked nice and clean. The pool was not available. The TV did not work.
Worst hotel in my life. Pool was closed, for a while now, which was not disclosed. Elevator didnt work and was on the 5th floor. Shuttle to the airport didnt work, air conditioning in the lobby broke down last day, lobby restrooms filthy
Run down needs paint and up keep
Terrible
I had a scheduled 6:30 shuttle. Walked out the door at 6:29 as the shuttle was pulling away. Ask them to please call driver. They waited three minutes to call them wouldn’t answer. I had to spend money to Uber!! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!
