They did not offer cleaning service, no trash pick up from room and overall the room as not clean, walls look beat up and carpet too.

The staff was unfriendly & unempathetic . Our room had no ac. Traveling with a three year old who needed to get to bed for an early flight we booked at another hotel & left. No one even apologized for our inconvenience. The attitude was appalling!
The room had dirty carpeting and an AC unit that was falling apart and stained horribly. The lobby area was damp and musty and very hot.

Booked because it was close to the airport and was reported to have a shuttle. When I arrived looked all over for a shuttle but there was none to be found. Called the hotel and was told to find my own way there. It was a $30 Lyft ride for an approximate 5 minute ride. After checking in, made the long walk to the elevators only to find several large, dead roaches in the elevator. As soon as we opened the front door we could smell the mildew and black mold. There is no ventilation in the restroom and visible black mold on the ceiling and bugs in the ceiling light. I have photos and videos of both. The air conditioner also smelled like it was blowing moldy air into the room and the only way we were able to get fresh air was to open the window. Old, dirty, broken mattresses, abandoned, no real breakfast just coffee and muffins, no cleaning service, unlocked back doors, broken sofa, old towels and burned sheets. We just stayed because it was prepaid and although we asked there was no reimbursement or anyway to cancel not even after the first night. Would never stay there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it, it’s not even worth 60 dollars.
