I spoke with someone already over chat on Monday, because we left the property after being there a short time and moved hotels, was told there was a ticket put in for a call from the supervisor. I never received that call. There were bed bugs at the la Quinta, I have not received a refund or contact about any of it since the initial complaint
Front desk staff was absolutely awful and rude. Had flights back to NJ and asked to check out no later then 130pm. Front desk agent told me no only 1230 my girlfriend had to shower and change in order to then assist me with the flight as I am mostly in a wheelchair. At 1245 a very loud angry knock at our door with a maintenance man then opening our door without waiting. My girlfriend was undressed and I had to rush to the door to stop him coming in. It seemed like the front desk did not care whatsoever and were rarely around when we needed them. The room smelled musty and the cleanliness was subpar. I would not come back.
Pay so much money and they don’t clean your room if you don’t stay 4 days
shower had no water pressure, towel rack was broken, breakfast is a joke, advertised Airport Transportation is a lie

No service to airport Airport hotel with no shuttle service should not exist. Not even an arrangement with a reliable taxi company.
