Horrible There was no hot water the entire stay, the pool was unavailable, the smoke detector in the room sounded all night long and when I tried to reach the front desk no one was around, we didn’t get much sleep. There was roaches all over. The staff was friendly that’s about it.

Bad When I booked the reservation nobody told me there was no hot water in the motel and there hadn't been any for several days. That's why I cancelled the reservation. The desk clerk claimed that she cancelled my reservation and I would not be billed.

Disappointed No hot water and u was unable to get my money back from booking.com nor find another hotel in such short notice. I understand it was out of the hotels control. The hotel lobby lady was not helpful Room was clean.

My stay was horrible and if I can leave a negative 1 STAR I WOULD We got there the staff was new didn’t know what he was doing, there was NO HOT WATER THE WHOLE TIME WE STAYED! I HAD 2 BABIES HAVING TO TAKE A SHOWER IN COLD WATER CAUSE THEY COULDNT TRANSFER US TO ANOTHER HOTEL! Our ac was leaking bad in the room! Just never again! Terrible experience! Absolutely nothing!

Very disappointed The place smelled... It was very poorly structured with one side having an elevator inside but to get to the other side upstairs the elevator was outside all the way at the back of the building. they had a hole in the ceiling at the lobby. We ended up switching rooms due to hair and stains on the bed sheets. The next room they put us in had issues with the TV at first. They had some kind of emergency that had the gas cut off so no hot water and breakfast was not timely served.. the pool was also closed not ... read more

Will not be coming back. Cleanliness, no elevator inside, no hot water, pool was not working, dirty sheets, webs/bugs behind the chair, broken stairs. The location.
