Don't stay here The air conditioner was broken. The room and grounds were run down and dirty. Air conditioner did not work. It was 100 degrees in Austin that day. No other rooms were available. Maintenence could not come until the next day. We had to leave and find another hotel. The room lock was broken. The room and grounds were just run down.

Bad The rest of the staff were rude. We stayed for 3days and 2nights and they told us they did not have any clean towels. Had to reuse the only two towels that were already in the room when we got there. Ridiculous. Breakfast was atrocious, absolutely disgusting. The juice was watered down. The eggs were dry. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a hotel. After attending a concert Sat night we got back to the hotel and our room key didn't work. It was 12:00am and I had 2 teenage girls with me who had to eat their food in the hall bc there was no front desk person. We waited 1 1/2 hours for someone to come help us get a new key. Poor I switched rooms because the tv was broken and ac was leaking water into the room. Had problems with key card on doors for both rooms. The staff that checked me out had a horrible attitude.

Disaster Spiders on the bed bugs everywhere , mold on the ceilings . Dirty mattress , had to change rooms because no refund .
