Bad Are room was still dirty and the bed mattress had blood on the corner and the middle of the bed,the TV was going off all the time we had to call the front desk every time it went off so they can turn it on,we were eating breakfast and all the lights came off on the dinning room because there was a lot of things on that's what the lady from the kitchen said,and back door always stay open...

Not part of the team! It looked like someone had slept on one side of the bed because it was not like the other side that looked smooth and clean.. There were black pieces of something on the sheets and also a couple stains We liked our, but didn't get to enjoy it because the sheets were dirty. We asked to have them changed and were told they would get housekeeping to change them. Almost 5 hours went by and still no clean bedding. Very Poor
A horrible gross nightmare! Where do I start…the unfriendly host, dirty looking parking lot,due to construction you enter the back not sure if there’s even an elevator because there’s stairs outside leading to the floors! None of this was stated on the description. Good thing I got a room on the 1st floor my mom is handicap and wouldn’t have been able to use the stairs!! The “breakfast” was cold cereal! New staff and management needed. The lobby smelled like mildew, the elevator was dirty and constantly malfunctioning. The staff was unaware or purposely oblivious to the dirty, unkept conditions. Worst of all house keeping ignored cleaning my room for 3 days straight. After the second day, I stopped by the front desk on my way out in the morning and told them of the issue and requested that my room be cleaned. We'll when I came back in that evening, my room still was not cleaned. It was close to where I had to work.
