Very Poor I didn't like the lack of proper quest map direction. I didn't like being pre charged on my credit card six different times ... I didn't like my room nor being cleaned. The breakfast was not properly monitored and the hour window started too early and ended too soon. The phone didn't work in the room. The room lacked provision for a double queen setting towels ect.. Fair The hotel itself was not as modern and needed some cleaning. The toilet continuously ran water all night the shower filled with water instead of draining properly. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The most horrible stay we have ever had in a hotel. The cleanliness. Our bedroom was NOT cleaned at all for the whole 7 nights we stayed there. Not once. We made several requests to clean the room to the Reception and the directly to the cleaners. Despite their promises, none took any action. We were really treated very badly. We have stayed in many hotels across the world, particularly in the USA. And this is the most horrible stay we have ever had in a hotel. Avoid this Hotel I asked for a room on the lower level due to my mother mobility issues. When we arrived they said yes it's in the notes but we have nothing available. They never said we will make this right sorry for the trouble. The floor by the bathroom was cracked and raised up which caused me to trip. There was hair in the tub and black mold around the trim. For the price...I will probably not return. They charged my card before checkout? Would like to have real butter instead margarine or spread? Breakfast choices were sufficient. Hours of operation 7-10 were also good.
