Not all that pleasant, and less than I expected from a La Quinta. The scrambled eggs were watery - and were definitely not real eggs. There was no real butter - just chemical filled margarine. There was a dead bug on the floor in the stairwell. The tiles in front of the bathtub were loose, and there was a hard piece of glue (I think) sticking up that could have actually pierced my foot if I had not noticed and avoided it. I wasn’t the best nor the worse. Very noisy, my kids room wasn’t beside our as I asked it was down the hall.. The 2nd room had an horrible odor… They didn’t clean the room nor did they put towels in the rooms… & the rooms wasn’t ready for check in at 3pm
Fair The staff was not friendly at all. I would say hide all of them and they would just look at me. The lady running the breakfast needs to stand at the door and not hide in the kitchen. Breakfast is until 9 o’clock on Monday morning. At 8:45 there was no eggs, sausage, biscuits, milk, orange juice, Pancake mix. And the lady working did not care. Due to Memorial Day there was a much higher turnout then on our regular Mondays. We discussed this issue with our breakfast staff & will ensure to be better prepared in the future.
