I’m doubtful I’ll ever stay there again upon entering the room I saw a Roach on the bathroom wall as soon as we got in there , so that ruined my stay location

Not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom and service was poor. Towels in the room were dirty.

okay, not clean rude customer service everything was well until I saw hairs on the sheets like they had never washed them the lady in front desk shouting to customers to please wait on her because she was alone rudely manners Bluetooth speaker in the room

NIGHTMARE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT! My stay was on Thursday evening, my stay from HE** was also on Thursday evening. I’ve called MULTIPLE times for a manager to speak to and to ask for a refund. Was told to email her, she’s excellent at returning emails, but seems to me she’s horrible with returning phone calls! I have not, nor will I email. I want a call!
