The “Non Smoking” Room we stayed in smelled like an ash tray. The non smoking room smelled like an ash tray when we got there. It was in a nice location, and were pet friendly.
Overall not the worst, but should’ve been better for the money The bed was hard as a rock, the price of the room was outrageous for what we actually got. I should’ve gone to the live hotel in Arlington and I would’ve paid less for a whole executive suite. I liked the size of the bed, and the fact that there was a jacuzzi tub.

Housekeeping staff not able to properly do their job do to rules of your establishment Towels! Okay I pay for four people to stay at your hotel but I have towels for 2. Had to ask for towels everyday. Housekeeping has to be asked for the room to be serviced! I was there and asked for towels only 2x just because it was so ridiculous ! I got a day of cleaning. I didn’t ask because I should not have to ask. Someone was in my room without asking and why that happened I’m still not sure! Convenient, easy access for our needs.

There was bedbugs on the bed and my boyfriend kept getting bit in the middle of the night and we kept thinking it was mo It’s next to a warehouse It was nearby to my destination
