disappointing they didn’t call me for my list and found items. I had to go by myself to pick it up my shirts and pants I left in the room. and now I will need to go again to see if they have found my leather jacket lost and found didn’t return my rather jacket
Management need to resolve Bed bugs Issue! The room we stayed at is had some Bed bugs! We had to leave at the middle of the night. (note: room was clean, but we found some bed bugs on the wall, on the bed and under the blanket). Also, we found a big hole in the couch. Staff were friendly, polite and cooperative. Location is good. Had a bad experience but staff did their best to resolve the matter and refunded the rest of the stay.
Less is not always more... Second time at this location, both times trouble with T.V. and remote , different rooms same problem and very low water pressure in both restrooms. Overall a fair stay, you get what you pay for. A little less pricey equals a little less quality. The room was clean and comfy, location is great, ,easy access to the expressway, and centrally location for easy access to most places in the DFW area.
Fair I brought my dog and walked him often on the grounds as others have done also . However other people did not pick up after their pets. Hotel smelled nice on arrival and desk attendant was polite and friendly.
Disappointing Room was dated and smelled of mildew. The location was convenient and the bed was very comfortable.

Very Poor I didn't like the lack of proper quest map direction. I didn't like being pre charged on my credit card six different times ... I didn't like my room nor being cleaned. The breakfast was not properly monitored and the hour window started too early and ended too soon. The phone didn't work in the room. The room lacked provision for a double queen setting towels ect.. Fair The hotel itself was not as modern and needed some cleaning. The toilet continuously ran water all night the shower filled with water instead of draining properly. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
