stay was very dishearting and discussed and hotel didn't care. Room was dirty. Sheets had not been change and had wet spots below bed spread. Told front desk 4 time to get house keeping up. Never happened. Just excuses that housekeeping was told. In addition roaches in room. Maintainence had treat. Door not sealed good and people could see un room. Will. Never stay here again. I good to mesquite once every two months. Li was impressed with nothing.

I’ve been having my children’s birthday parties there for years. It’s been about two years since we last went in this bu The building was nasty. The floor would sink in every time we walked. We could’ve fell through the floor the bathroom was disgusting, rust dirty, and mold. I told the lady at the front desk she told me to try not to walk on the floor. Location

The stay sucked nothing worked. Toilets or lights would not work. Nothing worked & it was a waste of my money Nothing. The service was bad the restroom or lights did not work I arrived super late because I was stopping & I was very disappointed that nothing worked at the place was extremely sketchy

I was highly uncomfortable but because it was late and I had driven a while I just stayed couldn’t sleep without seeing I had roaches everywhere and had to wipe something off the wall that was dripping ( couldn’t tell what it was) sheets had red stains The staff was friendly that’s all

I will never stay at this hotel again When we opened a drawer there were roaches in the drawer The bathroom was totally below the standard we have come to expect from this hotel chain
