Very Poor
We booked two night but left after one. There is a charge for dogs but not mentioned anywhere. It was not clean and the elevator was super loud by our room. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine taking off ever time it turned on. I like that they allowed dogs. The location was good. The area for pets was good with clean up stations.
Fair Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were thin. Sheets and comfortable had stains which I wasn't a fan of. I expected more for the money and from previous reviews. Hospitality and support were great.

Unfair and uncaring manager They claim to have changed their pet policy and charged me even though their policies on booking.com clearly say that there is no extra charge. I tried to speak with the manager, April, since both the night and morning attendants spoke with her on the phone on my behalf, but she still made them charge me and she was not around when I checked out in the morning, so the attendant took a message, and she never called me. Very clean and nice. The front desk clerks were friendly.
Schandalige service Na een lange vlucht kwamen we (gezin met 3 jonge kinderen) aan in het hotel en was onze kamer geannuleerd. Terwijl wij onderweg waren, hebben ze ons gemaild. Omdat we niet reageerden (wat uiteraard niet kon vanuit het vliegtuig) hebben ze onze kamer geannuleerd. We konden kiezen voor een andere kamer tegen een veel hogere prijs. false advertising on site- airport shuttles in AM pre-reserved only for pilot trainee the rudest manager I have ever experienced check in person tried to be nice even though the manager was horrible

Disappointing
Our booking was cancelled. We hate that they cancelled on us, but they kept giving us the run around. So we just left it at that. They cancelled on us before we got there, so we never got the room...
Disappointing they didn’t have the room I booked. pretty disappointing after a long day of flying

We try to make sure that everyone has the room they want but sometimes things come up, there might be a broken AC and in this Texas heat, we try to make sure every room has a working COLD AC.
