It was good besides the leaking shower and mildew smell. Front desk staff was extremely friendly! Shower leaked and room had a mildew smell. I really liked the front desk employee. She was extremely friendly!

Wasted WEEKEND Roaches on our nightstands...tub ran all night long...dogs barked all night...no WiFi AT ALL your cell WILL NOT WORK and TV is consistently searching for signal ( front desk said it was due to type of tile in building??? But you could use room phones ...housekeepers literally barged in our room at 9am on our 1st night my family was inappropriately dressed (night clothes) some still asleep. We do wish during your multi day stay you would have made any of these issues aware to the front desk so we couldve addressed them. We have the strongest WIFI available in our area and have 6 routers on each floor. Many times its the persons device settings if they cant connect and the front desk is always ready to help you get on. Housekeeping does knock and waits before entering any room. This hotel needs work and attention. We got through the night but would not stay again. It needs some ugrading. It smelled of mold and moisture and soon realizedwhy… The roof started to leak on my son in the middle of the night! it rained and there was pooling in the roof. The window was cracked and my husband found drug baggies near the refrigerator! Just a weird odor too and a uncomfortable. It was in a good location .

Horrible No tenían elevador me toco el 3 piso y las habitaciones tenían un olor espantoso las camas hacían mucho ruido al acostarse y el aire no enfrió lo suficiente

We are only 3 floors so most a guest would have to walk is only 2 flights. We are always ready to help guest if they need help with any luggage. We did not get any complaints during your stay as we are always ready to fix any problem immediately.

the outing was great but our Hotel stay was awful. where do I start the first night we stayed our AC was not working they didn’t have any other room so they gave us a fan. Clerk told us we could speak to owner the next day. the next we spoke with owner about being uncomfortable and he would at least deduct something off our stay for the inconvenience he said he couldn’t cause we didn’t book directly with them. Unfortunately you began screaming and insulting the front desk and demanding your entire stay for free. we expect the hotel to credit our credit card. As of today, has not. We did not stay at this hotel. we checked in and checked out after 5 minutes. The hotel was dirty and unsatisfactory.

Disappointing Bathroom was dirty and the sampoo bottles were already used.. The bed mattress was worn out. The curtains didn't close to block out the street light . Location
