Not at all what I expected, not looking fwd to booking there again. Elevator has been closed last two times i stayed, i will gladly book a place that has an elevator running . Elder parents walking up to third floor via stairs and with luggage was a concern. My prior stays I've had a control remote to the TV, not this time. The telephone cord was missing from my brothers room. You could hear the light traffic rush from my window... not a good seal. We got overbooked and upgraded you from the single king room you booked to a 2 a queen suite which was a larger more expensive room at the lower booked rate for your original room. We are sorry the bigger room was not to your liking. We are doing Continental breakfast now since May 22 as we got the Health Dept license we were waiting on to start it again. Fair The elevator was broke. It was a huge inconvenience with a toddler and baby. Location to what we were doing

Bad Phone doesn't work and I'm on the top floor with no elevator

This is absolutely false. Guest made different complaint to booking site stating he was handicap and room was dirty, and that he found pill bottles in his room. Guest was not handicap, room was not dirty, and there were no bottles in his room. Guest checked in along with 2 other guests. Those guests stayed 24 hours, going up and down stairs leaving and coming to property as security camera footage shows and room keys show with abosoutely no problems. we spent more time away from the room because it was the hotel was dingey dirty inside, shower just rinsed out not actually cleaned. no ice or vending machines, bed was broken, carpets had nasty blood looking stains looks nice on the outside

Unfortunately this a false review from someone who tried getting a free stay for no reason and was denied so therefore leaves a false review. Nothing in this review is true which is why they leave it anonymously. We try our best to make every guest happy but there are just times some people are extremely unreasonable and are Scam artist.
A memorable stay, but not in a good way. The AC didn’t work for the first day. The pool was disgusting. The elevator was under construction (not just out of service), though listed as an amenity.

The part we are waiting on is a mother board and two other mechanical parts from Germany. The elevator was constructed 10 years ago when the building was built. We do wish you had given any other complaints during your stay so if something needed to be addressed we would have done so right away.
Ok Ok .. Cost was much higher for a basic room The breakfast cant even called continental. Just coffee milk cereals ... few muffins and bagels. And what was finished in whatever limited they had was not even getting re-stalked The fridge in the room was not working. Informed at front desk and they said they will come fix .. but no one came. Had to throw the food i was carrying because of no fridge. The room was clean .. bed was comfortable
I will never try stay again in that hotel The room was smell bad and the toilet after one person used it clogged and the elevator was broke. none

Absolutely horrible. Enough for me to get on Facebook and talk about it so nobody else will make tha It misled you about the breakfast there was no breakfast. There was no elevator you had to take the stairs. The owner who is the manager was absolutely the worst horrible person with the most horrible attitude ever I will never ever go back to that place

Not only did you use a Military discount when you are not Military you also smoked in the room which we are 100% smoke free and you were therefore asked to leave.
