Gross Everything It stated it's a pet friendly, but charged me 40 dollars extra for each pet each night. The sheets had stains and the bathroom had mold and the carpets hadn't been vacuumed.. I won't be back..

Thank you for your feedback. We are Pet Friendly and do charge a $20 a day Pet fee which is listed on all sites and policies and also sent the Pet Policy to you prior to arrival. We received no complaints from you during your stay and believe the other comments are due to you having to pay a Pet Fee.
from now on I will never thrush booking reviews. 8.2 satisfaction for this hotel never smell really bad. I think it needs a deep carpet cleaning price

Yelping dogs, reaping smell of marijuana, a fire alarm at 4 in the morning, couldn't get any sleep.. Our room was up against the wall where the water pipes ran and we could hear the water sound like it was drowning us when someone was taking a shower. When we got off of the elevator from coming from the beach someone was smoking weed and the smell had filled up the whole floor.. and to top that off at 4 in the morning the fire alarm went off because they were smoking again, and we had to vacate the hotel and wait for someone... read more

We take our non smoking policy seriously and it is very upsetting that as the hotel we are hurt by bad reviews for the actions of a guest that we have no control over. I enjoyed staying here when the location was a La Quinta. Ill pay extra to stay some where else! Pool was dirty, the fire alarm going off at 4 am and no excuse why. asked to wear mask when the front counter was not

Terrible The bathroom toilet didn't flush properly and made a noise all night. Dogs barked all day Hallways smelled lime like marijuana Smoke detectors in room was hanging out ceiling n there was a fire alarm at 230am because of someone smoking in the room Nothing

Upon your check out we noticed this review right away. We went straight to your room and there were no smoke detectors in the room hanging and if there had been I assume you would have reported it right away at check in for safety reasons. No report from you at all. We had no complaints during your entire stay and upon entering room we noticed it did smell of smoke. Did not meet online expectations..no Lakeview what so ever. Will not go back. Not waking up to the fire alarm going off at 445 in the morning

Wouldn't stay here again unless offered a better view and the A/C was working better. Was expecting a view of the water, but instead got a view of a tree. The A/C kept turning off which caused the room to be very hot so had to keep getting up to turn it back on.

Due to the extreme heat at this time many guests are turning the units to such low temps that it is actually freezing the unit out just as it would in someones home. This becomes frustrating for us as well as the guests. We thank you for your business and hope to serve you again in the future.
Great location but unimpressed overall. Rooms are nice in size but the mildewy odor isn't worth it. There was a constant mildew smell throughout the room and hotel in general. Everything in the room felt damp including the floor and bedding. The king bed was not very comfortable. It was extremely soft with very little to no support. The staff was very friendly. The location was great.

Due to COVID we are doing deep cleans every day and this includes using strong cleaners to ensure safety. We know some people may be more sensitive to these smells. All our beds are new Serta pillow top mattresses as that is what customer demand has shown is wanted. We work hard everyday for our guests and we hope to serve you again in the future.
