Horrible!! The hotel looked okay upon first glance and arriving however during our stay my husband killed two roaches in our room. I’m not referring to the German cockroaches, I’m talking about the little ones that come with uncleanliness. It’s safe to say this hotel is not a clean one. I also wrote a review on google and a staff member replied that we were kicked out due to smoking to try and discredit my review but that is not true as we don’t even smoke. Your review is absolutely false and as stated we taking smoking seriously as our property is very important to us. As reviewers can see from the enormous amount of excellent reviews we do not have this problem.

Very Poor The maids entered the room before checkout and without knocking. When I book The Room it said room came with a balcony that was not true22

Thank you for your feedback. Housekeeping always knocks twice and waits at least one minute before entering if no answer. Please get back to me and let me know where it says we have balconies as I verified this booking site and it does not state we have balcony's nor do any other ones we researched. Thank you.

Don't let them get you! The owner did not document my $20 deposit so in the morning at checkout they acted as if it was never taken.

Roach infested hotel!!! Well I guess we should start with the late-night visitors I received. I woke up in the middle of the night to see roaches crawling on the wall. I took a video and they were all over the food in the trash. Not to mention someone had a 420 smoke a thon all night long. I called the front desk and they verified they could smell it also. We were in in the non-smoking room across the hall and there were loud parties allowed in the hotel room after 11 p.m. I called down to the front desk and they move me to ... read more

While we welcome all feedback we can firmly say this is absolutely false. You booked two rooms side by side. Upon check in we noticed you had a total of 16 people with you putting 8 people in each room. That is more than triple the amount of people allowed to stay each room. We stated you would have to book at least a third room and you refused. To avoid conflict the manager ultimately decided to allow that many people in each room. would not recommend to anyone; saving some money but receiving disparaging attitude as a tradeoff personnel not wearing masks demonstrated clear negligence and made fun of those who had masks on nice location and reasonable pricing

Our staff is always 6 feet away from customers at check in due to the set up of our front desks and computers. Which is following guidelines. At no time has any of our employees made fun of guests wearing masks and we take keeping all guests safe seriously as our numerous reviews show and customers state the cleanliness of our property.

it was nice to have a place to sleep with my pets in the room the room was nothing more than a place for people to have a meeting place if you know what i mean. what breakfast?

Thank you for your feedback. We are not currently serving breakfast due to COVID. We, like many hotels, have had to slash rates so tremendously in order to just survive the pandemic that serving a free breakfast is something the hotel simply could not afford at this time. Along with enormous fees that have to be paid to Health Dept to run it. We do not advertise any free breakfast included in rates. Good for a one night stay. Hotel wasn't that clean, there was a roach in our room. Receptionist didn't wear a facemask even though the hotel requires everyone to wear one upon entering the property. Very disappointing. Convince of the location and affordable price.

Thank you for your feedback and we are happy to know you enjoyed our location and competitive pricing. We did not receive any complaints from you during your stay. We understand you were upset about paying a pet fee but it is a very minimal fee of $20 a day and it is listed on our website and all 3rd parties. We are one of only a very few who accept pets in the area and charge the smallest fee of all the hotels. We need to pay housekeeping extra to clean rooms with pets to make sure they are highly sanitized and clean.
