Bad I was charged for taking a hair dryer that I didn’t take. Not a professional establishment for that mistake to be made. Tried to speak with the manager but it didn’t make a difference. If you stay I’d recommend checking what’s in the room and taking pictures. The bathtub was also dripping the entire stay. I was not impressed by the stay.

Thank you for your feedback. At every checkout our housekeeping team has a check off list for each item in the room and each item is marked off on each individual room as they are cleaned. If anything is missing it is marked and then the Head Housekeeper verifies any missing items and signs off on the form. Then the Manager is 3rd person you check the room and missing item. Worst experience ever This was my families first trip since the pandemic and we were so looking forward to a relaxing birthday getaway. It started out as anything but relaxing... the harassment started prior to even arriving and that should have been my first clue. I advised them when I booked the trip and every. Single. Time. They called (4x total prior to arrival) that we were still coming and our approx arrival time due to traveling from austin. Unfortunately this guests statements are false. The guest checked in this past weekend as Hurricane Delta was approaching. We had many desperate families calling our hotel and all in the area looking for rooms to evacuate. We realized we may have guests who previously booked not be able to show due to the weather or maybe had changed their mind about their stay so we called all arrivals for the weekend to ensure they would still be able to make it. Not pleasant Pretty much everything. Didn't specify on website as being "pet friendly". It was very noisy. My 1st and last time staying. Close to Kemah Boardwalk

This weekend we were filled with families evacuating from Hurricane Delta and most has their family pet that couldn’t leave in danger at home so we for sure had more pets than normal. We do understand some people prefer a former mattress but we decided to go with what the majority of people asked for. We hope to have the chance to serve you again in the future.

Poor The TV in the room was broke & nobody offered to move rooms only said maintenance will be in tomorrow, but I’m checking out tomorrow so that don’t even matter.

Bad Being ripped off! The manager is rude! Especially when called her out for being over charged for the room! Don’t recommend this place to anyone! She hung up on me twice! All I wanted was my $80 back they over charged us! Never again! Hotel wasn’t that great in 1st place! It was not great Warning don’t stay here! They charge you extra o on n final bill!
