Receipt is sent through booking when you book your reservation through them. If you would like to call us at hotel and give us a direct email we will be happy to send it there also. In the meantime I am resending you another receipt.
Very Poor
Was unable to stay, my room was sold. The lack of communication with staff amongst one another. The way in which staff conduct themselves if they are helping guests. Do not impersonate a position in which is not your job. I can't rate my stay here as a "STAY" . The front desk clerk did not fulfill my booking. She was told to sell my room once midnight approached, even though I had spoken with staff earlier in the day to check me in at 11am because I knew I would be arriving very late (3-4am). We find this review completely false. We close our front desk at 11pm on weekdays and at 12am on Wknds. On day of arrival we call all of our guests and confirm their time of arrival and even though front desk hours are listed on all websites we want to make sure guest know if they will be arriving after those times we need to set up a late check in for you which we do every day of the week as many guest do arrive late. All pet owners sign a pet policy at check in stating if we receive barking complaints and owner doesn’t address it immediately they will be billed a barking complaint charge. Small Deluxe 2 Bedroom mis-information We reserved based on the details of the booking information, it showed pictures of a large ample 2 bedroom Deluxe room with a Queen bed and King bed and sofas in both rooms. We got a very small room (Room 300) nothing like the picture and an uncomfortable full bed in one room. The very small king bedroom did not have a sofa. Also the carpet smelled and was still wet and sticky when walking barefoot. The location

We have new Serta pillow top mattresses in all rooms and we do understand some people prefer a firmer bed but we go by what majority of our guest ask for and the hotel standard is pillow top. Bad Customer service was horrible. Room had really bad smell Good area.

This guest did not stay at our hotel or arrive for her reservation. She did not cancel her reservation that evening and we were sold out and could have sold the room to so many guest that were calling and looking for a room. The guest was charged the No Show fee and has left this review in retaliation for being charged. Bad Non smoking room reeked of smoke, bad customer service, trash can by front door overflowing, not wearing face mask when requiring guests to wear them
