Elevator didn’t work while on my stay and rooms are humid and stinky

Elevator did not work, hallways and stairways were dirty and needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Had issues with keys that did not work and some other annoying issues. Seems like each day we were there, there was something that was wrong or did not work,.

The elevator was not working. I had with me an elderly person with a disability and a baby with a stroller. I had to carry everything up the stairs, because the room they gave me was on the third floor. When I got to the room it smelled very bad. The bathroom was dirty, the refrigerator didn't work and smelled very bad, the bed sheets were dirty and the window curtains were torn. I would like my money refunded.
For the price point this hotel fell very very short of expectations. We're usually not inclined to write reviews but felt the need as this hotel had no working elevator and put us on the 3rd floor. We were not advised of this until after we had booked our room. The cleanliness of this hotel was not good. The room was dirty, the stairwells were filthy and of the 3 lamps in our room, only 1 had a lightbulb in the socket. So the room was not only dark but dingy. Nada más la alfombra de los pasiyos está muy sucia todo lo demás está bien!
The worst experience in a hotel. We checked in elevator wasn't working, dead bolt wouldn't lock. Phone did not have power,refrigerator was not plugged in. People were knocking and running I complained to staff they said they couldn't do anything about it. Swimmingpool wasn't even open.
