Disappointing Pool too nasty to swim in Good
did not feel clean room had not been dusted in a long time. Elevator and carpet were dirty. convenient location to our venue

Disappointing Housekeeping was non existent. Housekeeping showed up 1 out of 4 nights and I had to request this. Room size
Poor when we arrived it appeared that our room was given to someone else, as there were issues with the door locks. we had to be put in a different room with paint falling off the ceiling, cockroaches and ac smelling or a burnt chicken they had availability in Austin for a last minute trip we had

Poor was not very clean- poorly staffed close to south Austin
Bad stay Lots of critical things were over looked. Like enough staff to make sure breakfast was served, and room service was done. Would like to request A REFUND from this hotel. 1st room had roaches crawling on the walls, and in the drapes. Moved to another room, no problem, but never got stay over service, even after promised from FD when I went up to complain. This hotel just didn't deliver. horrible!! I checked in at night and was so tired to even realize the bed had old blood stains and extremely dirty comforters. The towels in the restroom were full of what looked like Pubic hair. When I told person in the front office he said manager would get ahold of me but never did. The whole building had scuff marks and stains all over carpets. dirty elevators and dirty bedding.
