The elevators don’t work my room was on the 3rd floor and the key to the room Didn’t work the hallway Was super hot the room didn’t have a phone to call lobby, I rented for 6 people and their was only 2 towels and they didn’t want To give me more towels. Their was no remote control for tv their was no bed sheets for sofa bed. The sofa bed was disgusting dirty.
Elevator broken, room we were given no headboard , had a big piece of wood half screwed into wall with screws sticking out, bathroom light didn’t work, food on chair.
No mirror in bathroom elevator was broken our key had to be reset wouldn't let us in and water pressure was bad in the shower
elevator was out of order and i have trouble walking and climbing
The men that was working around eleven o'clock today was very rude and unprofessional. I had to call and speak with him on 2 separate occasions.And both times he provided very poor customer service. The hotel itself is old and dated .smells of mold. The elevator does not work and it made it very inconvenient. They gave us a conjoined room that the door does not lock between the 2 rooms. Elevator did not work , bathroom door did not have lock. Bathroom light didn't work and a/c units did not get cold stayed at one temperature..
