Very Poor The room wasn't clean thoroughly and found "green residue" in the desk drawer. The bed skirts were stained. The toilet ran constantly and had to turn the water off to keep it from over flowing from the tank. The pole on the stairs into the pool did not seem safe as it was removed from the bottom step and "dangling"in the water. The night we checked in the clerk was friendly but extremely slow.
Bad They gave away our room.

Very clean but needs more attention to customer service. The elevator was not working! And the service desk was constantly without staff. It was a very clean and we'll kept facility.
