all around dissatisfied due to misinformation about amenities. Staff were great. I would have liked to know that pool and jaccuzi were out of order as I chose that hotel specifically because they had both. I have been having to rehab a knee injury and because of them being out of order I could not. room was clean and staff extremely friendly and accommodating.

Disappointing. No pool, no jacuzzi, they don’t have queen beds but full beds. False advertisement! Front desk staff and management unprofessional and rude. t Nothing!

Never again will I stay at a LaQuinta hotel Upon checking in and leaving my hotel room, I came back to find out someone had not only been in my room but apparently showered or use the restroom. None of my property was taken but the staff really could not help with finding out who did it so they refunded me my stay. I was able to check in with no issues.

Disappointingly. My 9yr old said "this is the worse hotel we ever stayed at," Night staff at check in were rude and short. More interested with entertaining eachother than focusing on guests. Warm milk at breakfast... you're lucky I didn't call the heath department on you. It did cross my mind. Check out. Morning staff was pleasant.

Horrible The lock on the back door was broken, the elevators were fire traps, the hallway smelled of pet urine, the bathroom was not cleaned, urine on the bathroom floor, stained furniture, stained walls and doors, blackout curtains did not keep out the very bright security lights from outside, dust accumulated all around the ceiling including the bathroom fans and ac units. The front lobby was clean
