Over prized Paid for a 5 star hotel and received a 1 star hotel room Dirty, no water in bathroom until after 9:15 am and water was brown at first room smelled like vomit and after various complaints they just sprayed them No other room to change to terrible and over prized Location

Nefasto servicio Nos recepcionó en el boarding desk una mujer extremadamente desagradable que hizo todo lo posible para cancelarnos la reserva en ese momento 19:00h, amenazas incluidas y faltas de respeto continuadas, esto con 5 niños pequeños delante de ella y -5ºC en la calle . Fue determinante para pensarnos muy mucho si volver a casa un día antes. Sem WI FI E INTERNET NÃO FICO EM LUGAR NENHUM. Não recomendo esse hotel por isso! Vao passar nervoso Odiei o tamanho do quarto, muito pequeno mesmo, WI FI e nem a própria minha INTERNET NÃO PEGAVAM NO QUARTO e o chuveiro era péssimo. Localizacao
Room to small, staff unfriendly and front of building under construction. Stairs no handle to hold o Everything Nothing really
Pictures on website did not show how incredibly small the room was. The room was incredibly small. 8x8! I could lay on the bed, stretch out both arms and touch both walls. Large piles of trash at hotel entrance. Room view was bldg walls and tarp covered with junk covering a roof.
