Horrible Experience The staff was very rude, for the was a computer glitch which ended up booking more than one room for my one night stay. The hotel staff/manager didnt't even try to fix the problem or offer a credit for a future stay. So, I ended up paying for two different reservations, but I only had one confirmation code from Booking.com. It wasn't worth the money!!!! Choose somewhere else to stay and enjoy New York!!!! The staff was very rude and was not friendly at all.
Horrible Experience There was a computer glitch with my booking, and it showed that I had more than one room. Be very careful booking, because I only wanted one room at this hotel. However, the hotel was very rude & short about situation. In my opinion, there was not even one attempt made be the hotel to make any mends, so I was charged for an entire room that I didn't even use. Basically, stay somewhere else, and enjoy New York the right way. In the beginning I liked the location, but the staff people are very rude.

The hotel is in the middle of Koren town and very close to herald square, very nice location. The maid never vacuumed the floor there was crumbs the whole time I was there. They left lotion the first day and never again. The breakfast was horrible, there was only bagels, toast, yogurt and bananas. They advertise on their web page waffles they don’t have that. The front staff was nice.
Horrible will never stay here again such a rip off! Breakfast sucked. Rooms are tiny and I've stayed in the city before where the standard room was double in size.the staff is rude. Asked them about parking said they can't help and can't even answer questions. Right next to train and macys.
