Bad No view. No breakfast. Bad rooms. No hospitality when I asked for a day less. Because of that you will get a lot of bad advertising from me through various plattforms. Nothing.

Non so se affidarmi ancora a booking Cosa non mi è piaciuto ? TUTTO !!! Camera sporca ,doccia non funzionante ,accoglienza zero ,avevamo gli scarichi delle cappe dei ristoranti nella stanza quindi puzza costante ma soprattutto non era la stanza che avevamo scelto dalle foto mi è piaciuta solo la posizione hotel terrificante

Nojenta Falta de higiene, falta de funcionários, falta de limpeza, colocaram toalhas novas que ao serem abertas, tinham resíduos de FEZES!!!! Uma experiência nojenta, ficamos horrorizadas, e não concordamos em continuar na estadia, não utilizamos a hospedagem Localizaçao

Lamentable gestión de crisis por parte del Gerente Mi hijo es autista, tuvo una crisis y no se le ocurrió nada mejor al Gerente que llamar a la Policía... poco hizo para entender la situación y me pidió que dejáramos el Hotel... menos mal que no hay muchos como él... Luego costó un mundo para que enviara la aprobación de reembolso por los días que no estuvimos allí La ubicación es excelente...
