Overpriced No microwave, no refrigerator. Breakfast was basic. Bathroom amenities low quality. Front desk staff was not helpful.
Disappointment The price paid at the hotel DID NOT match the price I chose at the Booking com during reservation process I chose LaQunita ONLY because the price was at appx. 176$ before taxes during reservation process versus other hotels in this area at level of 230-250 $. I treat it as misconduct of Booking.com or the hotel reservation systems and will take legal action immediately after my return home. Piotr Kurczewski Locativy

This hotel is a fraud! Is horrible. This hotel is a fraud! We took our very young kids and drove 12hrs from toronto to ny, and had the worst treatment and experience at this hotel. Paid for a 2 queen beds room for 4 person, but they forced us to have a 1 queen room with a extremely dirty roll away bed. Cheated our money with no discount to compensate. Tried to hide... Didn't tell us a thing at check it... We had to find out when we open the door to the room and then go down to ask... They said all the rooms with 2 queen beds... read more
