Muy caro para la relacion calidad precio y poca profesionalidad ni en una pension…. La habitacion muy pequeña aunque booking me vendio que era de 20metros…. Y no se si llegaba a 15!!! Tambien la poca amabilidad del personal y poca profesionalidad Solamente la ubicacion

Experiencia lamentable Nos desapareció un pasaporte en la habitación. Al llegar, los guardamos en una posición estratégica y pasados unos días uno había desaparecido. Lo comunicamos en la recepción y no nos ayudaron, gestión lamentable. Tuvimos que perder un día entero de nuestro viaje en el consulado para solucionarlo y regresar a nuestro país con todo el coste que supone. Chased back & forth hotel to booking .com at least 10 times each time both saying each other had to pay. Still not got refund. Very Poor Everything is very old and dusty, and requires repair or at least general cleaning. It is impossible to reach the staff. The deposit is not returned even after the intervention of the Booking support service. And they don't respond to requests We expected a reasonable price, but the hotel never returned the deposit without explanation. Poteva essere più intimo! L’ascensore di questa struttura é molto lento e nelle ore di punta anche molto affollato. Una nota negativa va ad una delle signore delle pulizie che ogni mattina presto (alle 8:00) apriva la porta della stanza senza bussare e rispettare la privacy. Inoltre si arrabbiava, urlava e chiedeva di uscire dalla stanza poiché doveva pulire. La struttura é situata a due passi dalla metro ed il centro é raggiungibile a piedi!
