Poor Both elevators not working on Saturday night, 1 elevator down all the time similar to our prior stay.

Unremarkable Hotel in Koreatown Rooms was small for the price. 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service the whole time I was there and the second one broke down on the weekend. I was on the ninth floor! Shower water pressure not great.

Decepcionante Do barulho no corredor do aspirador de pó da funcionária da limpeza. Do cachorro do quarto do lado. Fui acordada por esses barulhos vários dias. Os funcionários da recepção não são Cortez. A máquina de café tinha tempo de funcionamento. A localização é até que boa

Barely slept My room was on the 14th floor, and as there was no mention in the description of a rooftop bar, I didn't expect to be opposite the entrance to one. I was constantly woken up by loud people waiting for the lift after leaving the bar. Throughout the night, the heater/ aircon also kept loudly coming on and waking me up, if it weren't the people outside my door. Cold showers, elevator not working, bed was too soft, but very nice employees. I check in at 6:30 in the morning and paid an extra night so that I would be able to immediately check into my room before a start of a long workday and after a 12 hour flight, the water was cold, the soap with mold. I was on the 11th floor. I thought it was a specific issue, came back to the hotel at night and then again cold water. Other than that the room was noisy, there was a weird smell too. I would not stay there again I paid over $1300 and the room was super tiny and the elevator wasn’t working The location only

Avoid this Dirty run down noisy hotel It was not clean, the fan and AC were super loud, the room was tiny, worse than all the elevators were not working and we had to carry our suitcases. Location
