Comfy beds, ugly decor, good location, and good free lattes in the basement in the am. The ORANGE hallways!! The ugly decor (need to remove the orange in the room). It is sooooo different from the Lobby. We had to change rooms bc it was soo noisy. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Location. Lobby entrance.

All anyone wants when on vacation is a nice bed and a hot shower. We had no hot water on day one. No hot water shower We had no hot water after waking up the first morning.

Disappointing
Awful. No running water right when I arrived. Missed a day of business meetings because I could not shower! Was awful. I have pictures on the signs put up the day of!

Okay but not great. The cracks, paint scuffs, dirty bathroom, so loud, one working elevator, got stuck in the elevator , rooftop restaurant only had tell people working and didn’t take my name down for reservations. Nothing, it was close to Times Square.
