Unacceptable, unfriendly and disappointing We did not get the room we booked for four adults with two beds - instead we only got offered a room with only one bed. The reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful. In addition the total amount was charged from the credit card and no manager was available for negotiations about a discount, even a discount was promised due to the unacceptable circumstances. Disappointing Very rigid and excessive charging policy for staying beyond the checkout time. Late night Check in staff very nice but day time front desk. Very short. nasty attitude . and unwilling to try to be of any extra help .
Disappointing Frukosten ingår visserligen men vi gick ut och åt vid flera tillfällen eftersom utbudet var magert, engångstallrikar, bestick och muggar, och väldigt trångt och slamrigt. Hotellet "bokade" av misstag hela vistelsen två gånger plus lite till på mitt kreditkort vilket gjorde att hela den tänkta semesterkassan var låst. De försökte rätta till men det hjälpte inte, pengarna var låsta under hela vistelsen.
Very Poor De kamers zijn erg klein en verouderd. Je licht tot laat wakker van het geluid buiten. Natuur, NY slaapt nooit, maar het was enkelglas en slecht geïsoleerd zodat je alles van buiter erg goed kon horen. Het ontbijt was echt slecht en weinig. Alles kreeg je op plastic bordjes tot het bestek toe. De locatie was prima.

员工态度令人反感 我第一次给这么低分，前台服务员在我有个别单词不理解的情况下，微笑着讽刺我也是醉了…… 笑着说妈卖批各种无视我。本来和我说是不能别人帮我付款，结果又可以了...一个人在外旅行，被异国他乡的员工气到崩溃，在酒店足足等了四个小时都没有给我解决....我很生气 干净，但是房间好冷

Disappointing The girl in front desk is not nice and friendly,the space is too small I didn't expect that small when we get there. It's just cleaner than other hotel that has a same price with the hotel.
