Poor Customer service is better in prison. Rude unfriendly unhelpful staff Being central manhattan was excellent for sight seeing, Penn station was only 500 mtrs away

Small, claustrophobic and rude reception staff. Disappointing stay Room was very small. Very little storage and the bathroom door didn't fully open back. Bathroom was extremely tight. We stayed for 6 nights and did not open the curtains once as we were looking onto a brick wall and no light was coming in at all. The room size and no light made the room feel quite depressing and claustrophobic. This was an upgraded King room so wouldn't like to see the standard. Room wasn't like the pictures. Won’t be going back. Not worth my mental . Place is not for relaxing 1. They said our room was an upgrade but had water leaking ceilings, rusty iron, outlets didn’t work 2. The iron was so old it burned my children clothes and nobody cared to even do anything about it. Room is not worth the price at all. No space!

Very loud location - friendly staff. Elevator is very small (old building) and runs slowly. Hardest issue is that the location is extremely loud - not just typical NYC noise, but a DJ set up tables on the sidewalk of 32nd and played techno from 10:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the restaurant next door. We were on the 9th floor facing 32nd street and got almost no sleep. Not great for families or anyone who wants to sleep at all unless you specifically request a room away from the street. If I didn't have a bad back, or if I didn't need to make a major presentation the next day, I would probably fee The hotel is located in the middle of Koreatown, which is not a problem, except for all night karaoke and all night tourists. This shouldn't be a problem, except I was on one of the lower floors, and there was no effort made to either soundproof or light proof the rooms. I’m yet to receive my deposit back AVOID THIS PROPERTY. It’s been over 2 weeks since my stay and I still haven’t received my deposit refund despite numerous emails. Unacceptable service from a supposedly reputable hotel. I try not to write negative reviews for hostels/restaurants as it can poorly impact business, however if they don’t care about my money, I don’t care about theirs. Location was good, empire room has a great view of the Empire State.
Poor Was promised a refund by the manager on 2x rooms due to having no water for 2 days. Have been back now a week and a half, but I still have not received anything and had no reply to 3 emails I have sent. Location.
Niet waard voor wat je betaald. Er is van tevoren gezegt dat we de koffers niet konden opslaan vanwege corona maatregelen en dat we een extra nacht bij moesten boeken, dit hebben we ook uiteindelijk gedaan. Blijkt dat dit dus wel mogelijk was.. Wacht nog op verdere reactie of compensatie. Daarbij is het niet rolstoel vriendelijk, je moet de trappen op als je het hotel in wil.
