The hotel is located in "Korea Town" on an extremely busy and dirty street - which could be fine if it is mentioned in advance, it is however not mentioned in advance or in any of the hotel's marketing. The mattress on the bed is like a huge marshmallow that swallows you whole, the rooftop bar is nothing like the pictures and the staff could be a whole lot friendlier. No vuelvo, caro y malo Todo, hotel, personal, servicios. Nada
Carísimo, viejo y personal mal educado. Cuando llegamos nos dieron habitación en la planta 14 donde hay un bar, con muchísimo ruido, pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones libres cuando 10 minutos antes nos habían dicho que si. Después de pelear nos cambiaron. Las habitaciones son viejas. El desayuno super pobre. No repito en ese hotel ni de broma carísimo, viejísimo y el personal muy antipático, lo único bueno la ubicación. Y los ascensores siempre estaban estropeados, nos toco baja... read more
