Find another hotel It was definitely too much money for what we got. They rape you on the cost and give you the bare minimum at the hotel. I kept hearing people screaming and banging in the hallway at night. Did not feel safe. Too much money for too little. I suggest a different hotel if your in the area. Also the elevator had a constant smell of ass. Don't know what that was about. ALSO the AC/Heater kept making loud noises randomly and kept waking me up. I don't recommend this hotel. Fair -The room is tiny, especially the bathroom. -The heater/AC was so noisy that I had to turned off the heater in NYC winter so I could sleep. -My room was in front of the ice maker, and it was annoying when someone came by to get ice as it was noisy. It ruined my sleep. Location

Prime location, room standards low. Sanitisation and overall standards low. The assigned room was not clean with stains and marks on the bedding, dusty lampshades and grimy appliances among other things. Definitely not acceptable in general and especially for the price being charged. After we complained several times and when about to walk out we were moved to a different room.
