Very expensive stay for the facilities, but the location is indeed good. Extremely expensive for what it offers. Old hotel with old furniture and dirty windows (barely could see anything). It has only 2 elevators that work horrible and after one day one of the elevators broke down and it wasn’t fixed until checkout day (in 4 days). It was a nightmare to succeed using the elevator from the 7 floor (and having also luggage when leaving the hotel) because it was always full of people going down from the floors above. Good location spoilt by inadequate facilities. Uncomfortable old noisey bed. No fridge. Inadequate lifts. dark small room. Location and quiet room.

Bad Lost my package without any actions! Nice location
Stay away! Your complaints will be ignored and you will just be moved from one bad room to another with no compensation. Everything apart from the location. Changed room 4 times. First was due to faulty shower head, second was due to no wifi, third was due to bad smells coming in from outside due to a hole in the wall from an air con unit (resulting in me throwing up all night from the bad smell) and the fourth room , you wake up from the racket made from the ice maker machine located directly outside the guest rooms on the ... read more

Posizione e pulizia ok, tutto il resto da dimenticare Ho scritto alla struttura numerose volte per avere alcune informazioni prima del soggiorno e non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere, scarsa cura e pulizia degli ambienti comuni, totale indifferenza da parte del personale, servizi inesistenti, camere vecchie. Prezzo esorbitante per non avere nulla. Posizione ottima, camera spaziosa, pulizia della camera buona.
