If you have asthma please avoid this hotel. I requested a non smoking room and when I got there is was given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and had dirty Q-tips laying around. I went back down stairs and explained the condition of the room and was given another room only to find out that there were no more non smoking rooms available. They refused to give me a refund. I didn't like anything about this hotel and I'd never come back here again.

Disappointing Prenotata camera per 4 con 2 letti queen, la prima stanza assegnata era al 1 piano con cavedio sui fumi delle cucine. Richiesto di cambiare camera, decimo piano ma molto piccola per tre persone. Il bagno piccolissimo, letti scomodi, hotel attempato. Abbiamo richiesto navetta per l'aeroporto (60dollari), si sono dimenticati della prenotazione, alla guida un incapace. In Italia arriverebbe forse a 2 stelle. Disappointing
Way too noisy! VERY NOISY -- little or no soundproofing, street noise at night kept me awake on the 6th floor. Room and bathroom very small. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Bed was comfortable.
Unpleasant staff and too small rooms Staff - Rude receptionists (fat lady who is in the afternoon and another lady in the morning). Charges for the room was not clearly explained. I was charged USD 176 more than the room rate including taxes and when asked for explanation, she failed to provide proper explanation and was telling security deposit etc. but even that does not justify for holding such an amount. Not recommended! For £250 per night the room was small. The external air conditioner was very noisy but the room air-con was so noisy we preferred to 'sweat it out' rather than have it on. Breakfast was good apart from the plastic cutlery and polystyrene crockery! Good location
Etablissement bien decevant Le Bruit des portes qui claquent, des climatiseurs exterieus et le bruit de la rue tres passente, des livreus des 4 h du matin de l'élevement des ordures menageres a 2 h donc son environnement trop bruyant pour un etablissement non insonorisés... Et nous etions au 11 etage! Une personne de l'accuei peu aimable aussi bien à l'arrivée qu' au depart et d'une façon general personnel transparent à l'exception de la femme de ménage de l'etage...
