I do not recommend Terrible service, rude people, zero motivation, I even saw guests being yelled at. Checkin 3:00 pm We only got in at 4:00 pm because the room wasn't ready. Despite booking in advance and everything paid, they asked for my credit card and charged US$50.00 in case I "broke something". At checkout I requested a refund, they said it was automatic but so far I have not received a refund. Old heating system, extremely noisy. good location, just a few meters from the empire state and the subway

Bad Water smelled Bad Beds were not comfortable I still get not my deposit which I paid Nothing really, the beds wasnt comfortable. The water of the Shower smells extremly bad

Rimborso promesso per Wi-Fi non funzionante mai effettuato. Su 2 ascensori uno guasto per tutto il soggiorno di 9 giorni con incalcolabili perdite di tempo vista la mole di ospiti e di camere presenti nell'hotel; Wi-Fi (obbligatorio e a pagamento) non funzionante al piano della mia camera per la metà del mio soggiorno e per cui è stato chiesto un rimborso che sto ancora aspettando dopo più di due mesi (183,68 dollars). Fair I felt I was in Concert. Outside noise is unbelievable (till 6 a.m) Couldn't sleep AT ALL. Changed the room next day but my trip was already ruined. I've been in NYC several times but never had this experience.

No lo volveria a elegir El hotel era sucio, la ducha no andaba bien y la habitacion no tiene frigobar solo ofecen secador de pelo el personal atiende mal La ubicacion

Great location, the hotel needs work the toilet was blocked , the phone was not plugged in , the room was dirty , the furniture in the room didn’t fit so was covering a quarter of the doorway into the bathroom. The Aircon unit didn’t work, so we had no heating or cooling. We had to ask for a portable radiator which wasn’t very good. location was amazing. Fair I didn't receive my money back when I left the hotel. They asked for 50$ just to be sure if I make any damage, but I have never received it on my bank account. Location was great! Room is clean.
