what do you prefer: a cold night or a noisy heater? pick one. * you'll freeze in this hotel. The rooms are too cold. There is air con, but it makes such as horrible noise, it's impossible to sleep. It was not just in my room. I stayed in this hotel last year and the air con there also made a horrile sound. You've been warned. Don't stay in this hotel during the winter. It's too cold. Disappointing The service staff was rude
Poor We paid $USD400 a night and this was definitely not value for money. Upon arrival we were informed that we needed to pay an additional $USD18 because there was a second person staying in the room(total persons: 2). We preferably would like to have been informed of this earlier. The heater in the room is really noisy. We tried to adjust the settings on the fan by changing the speed but it was the same result. One of the worst hotels I've ever frequented The staff was terrible . This very heavy set woman at the front desk is very condescending and patronizing. She charged us for everything except the air we breathed . I will never ever go to this hotel knowingly again for as long as I live. Nothing really. Location and staff was horrible .
