No hot water for the shower, one very slow and jumpy elevator. Had to unplug the TV to turn it off because the remote would not work. Very skimpy on putting stuff out for breakfast.

Cheap and dirty. The hotel location was an excellent and the staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately the door to the room stuck and was very difficult to open. The bed was literally coming apart at the seams with visible springs - dangerous. Bugs in the bathroom - roaches and who knows what else. Crusty carpet and bathroom doors had brown dirty spots and the floors were filthy.

I needed a room due to a layover so amenities were important. The room itself was spacious and clean, comfy bed and I like the living room space. However, the shower was leaking and water was all over the floor and there was a gaping, rusty hole where the drain cover should have been. Gross. The tv remote was broke so I could not change the channel. The pluses were the staff was nice and the shuttle runs at early hours.

Everything was good except for the fact i booked this hotel for the shuttle called them at 10pm from the airport to be told to uber for $20 for a 6 minute ride maybe they should be more specific that they cant accommodate all flight times

Me and my family was there right before we went on our cruise the room was stuffy the air only blew cold cold air and the bathroom was not cleaned the door was dented and dirty the room smelled still and there was a roach in the lobby of the hotel and the the cleaning service was not good and the the elevator did not work all the time and the service people at the front desk was not friendly at all they were not knowledgeable not helpful at all
