Underwhelming I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and offered airport transfers. Upon arrival, we were informed that their shuttle was not operating; however, they could arrange for the hotel next door to take us. The room was clean but the shower spout dripped constantly and the mechanism to switch over to shower was temperamental. The staff did their best but could tell that they were overwhelmed. Front desk person had to answer multiple phone calls and check in guests. Shuttle services to the airport were limited to certain gates as well as times. The pull out bed was not ready for guest to use and couch was stained. No soap in the bathrooms. Keys not programmed correctly. Overall you can tell that the staff here is understaffed and conditions of the hotel are suffering.

La recepcionista muy amable, pero el lugar sucio, mal olor, cada ves que salí tenía que regresarme a recepción a cambiar mi llave, solo funcionaba una ves. El elevador no funcionaba. Realmente no volvería a quedarme en este lugar.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. I lost my ID within 12-24 hours prior to checking in to this hotel. I was there to check in at 10pm after a long day in Disney with my family. The women asked for my ID, I explained I only had my expired ID as I just realized I lost my ID on vacation. The women refused to help us. We tried to switch the reservation into my husbands name (as he put his debit card down for the reservation and your staff would not let us use his ID) and not allowed. Elevator out of order and our room was on third floor. Television in room didn't work, wifi did not work. Hot tub was freezing cold. Our bathtub water had a constant run, which also made the tub gross from water build up. The bathroom door could not close. Worst hotel stay ever.
