The guy that checked me in very rude he’s the same person that checked me out very rude. My tv nor microwave work a dog was on the second floor was very noisy. A couple was having an argument late in the night v

Absolutely Gross Room was really gross. Sofa was so dirty carpet felt so dirty and sticky, what appeared to be mold or a prior leak on bathroom ceiling, no toiletries in room at all. Elevators were disgusting and dirty, the doors to the rooms were also very dirty as well.

You truly get what you pay for with this hotel. We stood 4 nights to go to Universal parks. I liked that it was near the airport and about 15 minutes away from Universal. The door to our room 317 looks like it's been broken into cause there was a huge gap right where the lock is and if you wanted, you can see into our room where the beds are situated. Pool was unusable, very dirty with ants circling all around. The entire interior was very dated and worn. Bathrooms were horrible, tub painted, water pressure horrible and unless you are under 5'5, the shower will not be adequate. The one redeeming quality was the lady that shuttled us to the airport, very nice lady.

This property is old and tired. Handle on the bathroom door missing, ceiling peeling, shower pressure weak. Note: airport shuttle only goes until 9:30 pm, plan ahead.

This was the absolute worst place I have ever been too! The elevator was freaky as heck kept getting stuck and would stop really hard at each floor. The pool was disgusting, the jacuzzi wasn’t even working all full of construction equipment. The room had twin beds which was not told to us. The gym has two equipments that’s it. Not to mention after a crappy stay 15$ a day for parking! Which also was not mentioned when I made the reservation. Also, cold water! The room looked clean when entering, but the shower was falling apart with water damage on the ceiling with pieces peeling off, moldy cracks on the side of the shower and sink, and the toilet moved anytime you sat down. There were a bunch of little ants all over each of the tables and near the refrigerator. Lastly, the elevator was extremely loud and would thud randomly in between stops

There was a fire alarm tweeting on the 3rd floor all night. We called the front desk and they said they would resolve it but nothing happened
