This hotel wasn't great. One of the two elevators wasn't working which was very inconvenient. The one at the very far end of the building was the only one working so everyone had to use that one. The TV wasn't working in my room, but I couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work either. After making it all the way down to the desk to tell them about the tv, I was told to unplug one of the cables from the box, wait 5 minutes, and then plug it back it. Just kind of grimy. And they offered an airport shuttle but then it was full when we arrived. Elevator broken, water damage in the shower. Bed was very small but comfy.

Avoid Staying Here I was quite disappointed in the property and my room. Staff was generally pleasant, but not overly helpful. The floor in my room was visibly dirty when I arrived, and the bathtub and shower head had a pinkish color build-up. The advertised pool was not heated and had debris floating in it. The “hot” tub was just as cold as the pool. The pool side shower only sputtered a bit of water out, but mostly just leaked water out of it. Not clean and bad shuttle service The shuttle service is far from description on the website. We waited for more than 2 hours at the airport pick up spotand after we called the hotel it came after another 45 min. We had two babies crying and it was not fun to wait! In the end rhe guy who was driving the bus actually was a receptionist as well so we realized that they probably are short on staff thats why the shuttle service is so bad. Good evening. FYI will never stay at this hotel again. I felt discriminated against by the non spanish speaker at the front desk. She did not wanted to check me in and passed my reservation to a spanish lady. On another ocation, i bought some items from their store and she did not wanted to charge me. Instead she told me to go with the other lady because she spoke spanish. I told her that i spoke english and she replied that her card reader was bad but i saw her used it on another client. Bon service par les employés et très courtois. Malheureusement, l'état des lieux est exécrables. Poubelle pleine dans le hall d'entrée, lavabo brisé dans la toilette des hommes à l'entrée. Nous avions une chambre au 4e étage. Réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas, toilette brisée, poussière présent partout dans la chambre. Moisissures noires présent dans le plafond de la salle de bain. Nous avons trouvé un sachet de nicotine qui trainait au sol dans notre chambre.

DON'T STAY HERE! The Manager was INCREDIBLY RUDE! So much so that I checked out early. MOLD, broken elevator, broken hot tub. Lying employees.... The list goes on and on for reasons I will NEVER STAY HERE again.
