Place and rooms are not clean,TV did not work in the first room took them 3 hrs to tell me there was nothing they could do to fix it, I had to ask to be moved to a different room. When we got to the new room it has obviously been smoked in and stunk really bad. TV did not work in that room as well but I was able to plug the dish cable in to the TV and get it to work. I went to the front desk just to say the room had been smoked in and it was not us. They didn’t care and were extremely rude. I would not recommend this place t... read more

As a fellow guest put it, it's a $50 hotel that cost over $200 with the taxes. Couldn't contact the desk to get the shuttle for 20 minutes, and only then because I called reservations and asked them to help. The elevator was broken, so had to carry our luggage up to the third floor, and back down the next morning. I had to hit the room door with my shoulder to get it to open because it didn't fit the casing. The bathroom ceiling was crumbling and had a hole in it. They charged me three times and had to fix charges for the wrong room. Smelled like weed all night coming through the air conditioning, was disgusting and hard to sleep. As a mom it felt unsafe and uncomfortable as a spot to take my kids. Would not recommend.

I m a loyal costumer of la quinta and Orbitz .gor an accident of my husband ai didnt use the hotel la quinta in Orlando .i didnt travel. I tried to get a refund or a change of date but They didnt give me The change .no more la quinta and Orbitz .

Sadly we waited for the shuttle for over an hour and had to call twice. There are finger nail clippings in my bathroom under the sink.

The property needed to be cleaned and updated. Several things in the room broken and water dripped all night. Airport shuttle doesn’t run past 10pm.

Please bring your own cleaning supplies and towels! Housekeeping had an attitude when I asked for more towels. When I asked for a wash cloth I was ignored and never received the face towel. I got water on the floor in the bathroom and when I tell you the towel was BLACK from the floor….ewwww make sure you keep something on your feet because I don’t trust them floors either! It was so loud at night! I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS PROPERTY!

The room was terrible. Tub was clogged, floor was dirty, checkin was delayed because the young man had to help people upstairs because the elevator did not work. The property was outdated and did not match the pictures shown on Expedia. I will not stay here again if I have a choice.
