It's well located but the property is very run down, dirty and the breakfast is very basic and is done by 9:00 am. My room never got cleaned even though I requested it twice because there where dead roaches in the bathroom.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had! The hot tub is broken, there’s no WiFi, they don’t come clean or provide any extra towels or bedding AT ALL, no utensils or bowls for any reason, the elevator is extremely unsafe and has no safety features almost closed in on my daughters hand had I not ripped it away. And when I complained to CORPORTATE we were kicked out of the hotel with no refund for the nights we didn’t even stay there!!! the hotel was TRASH.

WOW this was an eye opener, we tried to get closer to the airport so we booked this property. Elevator didn't work, the shuttle, the reason we booked the place, was full, and the overall condition is subpar. Needs a refresh!

I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel after the unacceptable experience my family and I endured. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room and given keys, only to walk into an already occupied room! The door had a lock from the inside, indicating someone was already there. Imagine the shock and fear of both parties in that moment—especially in Florida, where stand-your-ground laws could have turned this into a dangerous situation. What made this worse? Not positive We had 3 room bookings here for one night. Elevator safety questionable (certificate of operation expired by 6+ months), AC in one room made crazy noise so we switched to a new one, bathroom doors did not close, had to go to desk 3 times for one room because keys did not work, sink faucets made constant noise, shower faucets dripped nonstop from the moment we walked in, the building needs an overall cleaning and/or remodel as walls, doors, everything were visibly dirty looking, bag of garbage on top of hall garb... read more

Run down room with shoddy repairs. Staff was friendly but shower repairs were sloppily done. Good location. Poor lighting in back of building. Elevator was out of service in front of building. Breakfast was mediocre.

Disappointing Bed and pillows were comfortable but the overall condition of the hotel was not good. One elevator was broken, with no signage telling anyone that until the next day and staff that watched us stand there waiting for it without saying anything. Bathroom doors wouldn't close all the way. Mold stains in the tub and shower were unpleasant. And the water in the shower switched from hot to cold repeatedly!
