Staff was rude and mean and not helpful
Only one staff member at the front desk answering the phones, dealing with air-conditioning problems, towel problems, and then I come to find out I have to pay for parking really.
Elevators and hallway walls in need of repair. Lobby too small combined with tables and chairs. Having a basket of brown bannans was a turn off during breakfast hour.
La gerencia y supervisión de frondesk no son empaticos y tampoco nada de amable, son repugnantes y no les gusta que le pregunten para salir de dudas, la empleada de mantenimiento del lobby maleó el lobby con un napo lleno de vómito y no le importaron a la gerencia de drondesk la peste a vómito que dejó en el Longel resto del personal muy amable
The room smelled line urine and was not clean. The door didnt lock. They gave us used toiletries. Definitely dont plan on going back.
Terrible stay, hotel was filthy!!! Blood in lobby on floor, furniture very worn and dirty. Mold and bugs in room. Doors were torn up and look like someone tried to kick it in. Smelled like Marjuana and elevator was trashy!!! Felt very unsafe and had to leave in middle of night!!!
Old outdated rooms. Holes in walls. Filthy doors Need tlc
