The property was not clean when we arrived. They told us that our room was ready, but when we went to the room, someone had already checked in, so we walked in on another family‘s room. The Jacuzzi was cold, and the staff was hard to find.

Never coming back This establishment lacks cleanliness, customer service. There was only one functional elevator and it was so dirty. Employees weren't friendly or knowledgeable. If I can give zero stars i would.

Do not recommend The one good thing about this hotel is that the front desk staff are patient and accommodating. However, the rest of our experience here was terrible. 1. The airport shuttle is too small / infrequent to actually accommodate all of their guests. We called for the shuttle and waited for over an hour before finally taking an uber. I extended the reservation due to a family emergency. After requesting for the room to be cleaned and was told by the rude gentleman at the counter I had to wait 3 days. I couldn’t believe it. It was a HUGE turn off. I wish I could just pack my stuff on the spot, but we did not have the luxury of time. We returned to Florida due to the death of the family member and we decidid not stay at La Quinta or any Wyndham establishment.

I was very disappointed with our stay Started when they would give us early check in but only at a $55 cost witch I refused to pay for a room that is ready Then I register for the 5:30 AM shuttle witch is why I chose this place in the first place The shuttle arrives and we start loading our luggage in it and they only then realize that’s it’s overbooked and because I was last on the list we got bumped off I didn’t have time to way for the next one I was forced to pay out of pocket for an Uber and wait for that witch made it ... read more

Customer service was poor from front desk. Attentand was argumentative, property did not offer courtesy early check in except by charging a fee then called it a courtesy eatly check in as if i was getting a favor. Property was dirty bed dirty, fllor dirty vathroom bathtub and shower well stain or dirty, dresser full of nasty finger prints. Staff never informed shuttle i was waiting at airport for like 30 mins. Elevator broken so I had to walk a long way to get to my room huffing luggage. My coffee maker was broken, so I went downstairs to get the worst coffee I’ve ever had and my keys stopped working. Back down stairs to have them re-keyed and the green light comes on, but the door won’t open. Tried several times. I made 3 reservations to this establishment—- my previous review was cut in half. Bottom line, we will never stay in this establishment. The rude gentleman informed me that is why the price is low I had to wait for 3 days. That to me is unacceptable. Charge me for wanting cleanliness.

Microwave in room to not have glass, when asked to staff said they don’t have. Coffee machine in room provided was broken. There is no toiletries just a small piece of soap and shampoo, no toothpaste. And mostly whole booking mentioned about we have infant, there was an open outlet, all the wires when out which is very unsafe can get electric shock of baby touch over there.
