The staff seemed to be bothered by the guests. Not very courteous i was scolded for crossing out a word on a form

Receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. Location to airport was a definite plus. Air conditioner in the room was so loud it kept us up most of the night. Also, we heard the other guests coming and going throughout the night.

Staff was friendly. Place is conveniently located. The room itself was dirty, jelly like red substance on the floor near table, bathroom counters nasty like someone spilled something and it dried and wasn’t cleaned properly. Tub dirty with the last person hair in it. The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Definitely will not stay again.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. When I spend over $200 a night on a room I expect a lot more than what I got. This property needs a lot of work despite appearing as though they have tried to update it. It was difficult to sleep because the shower ran all night. We didn’t get enough towels, the sheets and towels were stained, and they don’t change your sheets or towels. I had to ask for new sheets because someone in my family got sick and they just handed them to me. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t change you... read more

Vieil hôtel qui aurait besoin de rénovation mais propre quand même. Le déjeuner inclus était correct, choix limité. Malheureusement comme lu dans les commentaires de clients précédents, nous avons trouvé un cafard sur notre tapis de chambre au deuxième jour de notre séjour qui supposse un manque d'entretien ménager normalement . . . un peu dégoutant comme bestiole !!!

Je n'ai jamais été à cet hotel je me suis tromper de date de réservation et 24 h après ma réservation j'ai voulu change la date (pas cancellé mais juste changé) et on m,a refusé le changement donc j'ai payer une chambre dans le vide jamais été capable d'obtenir un changement de date très ordianire de la part de EXPÉDIA PAS BONNE EXPÉRIENCE ET JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS EXPÉDIA
