Hotel wanted to charge me 25 dollars as I was at the hotel at 2:45 pm and wanted to check in. The clerk claimed it is early check in so I would be charged $25

The property is far from the airport, not an airport hotel. There is no food or bar or anything and there is nothing around except the streets that look like highways. The hotel is dated, the pool is unheated, dirty with no towels.There is no staff, just one receptionist who is constantly on the phone. There is no one to ask questions. They also charge 28$ for a check in an hour before 3, or you need to wait till 3 even though the rooms are available.

We came early for check in, and I was told I can have my room early for $25. I have never experienced that I had to wait until 3:00 to check in.

Not the best stay. The room was fine, but the elevator was dirty. Staff at front desk was not friendly. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was not hot. The shuttle was very convenient, and location close to restaurants was also convenient.

Altho I had a good reservation, the night clerk was unable to find it & so charged us an extra $50 for a room already reserved. The management refunded the overcharge, but it took an hour to check in,

The hot tub advertised was not functional. There was a wad of hair on top of the towels. The room next door was smoking indoors, yelling with door open to the hallway. Front desk, when contacted, initially gave me excuses before finally addressing this. Very disappointing stay.
