My booking waa not complete. They charged me extra for checking in early and the room stunk of smoke. The front desk staff was rude and I got double charged in US dollars. Will never visit there again.

This property looks nice when we first entered, however, the room itself smelled like 30 years of built up cigarette smoke. My throat hurt from the smell, it was that bad.

There was cockroaches in the elevator and seen one in our room

The elevator was broken and making a dinging sound all night. The door to my room was warped and I could almost see into the hallway without opening it. I could hear every sound from the hallway and it woke me up several times.

The hotel was very nice. The weather was chilly and we could not get the heat on in our room. We were so cold all night. The front desk guy appears to be new and didn’t even offer to come up and see if he could do anything. We could not get another room because they were full and we were so tired, having just coming from the airport. I love Laquinta but this stay was the most uncomfortable.

flight was cancelled last minute by airline neither Expedia or hotel will make any exceptions or credit for unused room

The hotel offers very little, front desk could not even book us a taxi. Rooms are old and very basic. Hallway smelt of weed as we got out if elevator. Overpriced for what it has to offer. Never again or would not recommend.
