We choose the hotel for shuttle service. Now when I called them they told me it’s 5 am to 8 pm only. We have flight reaching there 11 pm. Could have chosen different hotel.very disappointing.

We got to the hotel later than expected (10:30 PM) I called to tell them that we were needing a late check in. The lady on the phone said that she noted that on the reservation for me. We get here, and the guy is doing something on the computer. They had given our room to someone else. He found us a new room. The toilet was torn apart, parts all over, and no water in it. The desk clerk came, put the lid back on, turned the water on and left. It has leaked all over the floor. All night long.

Booked a hotel at the airport. W is airport. Hotel is off airport. Shuttle service ends at 8pm. Taxi’s to hotel $50 10 mins away because it’s off the airport. Horrible.

I was disappointed. I had to try out a number of rooms because several of them smelled mildewy. As well, there were some flying insects in my room. And lastly, the keys did not work. I must have made 8-ish trips down to front desk because the key machine/keys did not work. Very annoying. On the positive, the front desk staff were friendly and the bed was comfy. The hotel gave me one of my rooms for free because of all my issues. I appreciated that.
